How does monthly bookkeeping work?
We track and categorize your business transactions each month, then deliver accurate financial reports like your Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet.
How do we stay in touch every month?
Every client has one regular monthly call on the calendar. If you ever need an extra check-in, we're happy to schedule additional calls as needed.
When and how do I send my documents?
We’ll need your bank statements each month. Most clients use secure bank feeds that sync directly with QuickBooks, but you’re also welcome to upload or email documents. We use encrypted, cloud-based tools to keep everything safe and simple.
When do I receive my monthly financial reports?
Your reports will be delivered by the 10th of each month, giving you time to review, plan, and make informed decisions.
What if my books are behind or need cleanup?
No problem. We’ll review your records, clean-up past transactions, and get everything back on track. We'll walk through the details together and create a plan that fits your situation.
